Ingredients

Chicken
Takaya Teriyaki SauceSesame Seeds

Directions

Cut chicken into pieces and place them in a container.

Add ½-3/4 cup Takaya Teriyaki Sauce per pound. Another way is to add sauce till it comes to about ¼ in. from the top level of the meat. Stir briefly to coat all surfaces and let stand for 4 hrs to overnight. Note that smaller pieces marinade faster and stronger.

Preheat oven to 375. Place meat on a rack and bake for  45 min. to 1 hour or until brown turning the pieces as least once.

For extra tasty chicken reduce marinade remainder by ½ and baste every 15 min. This creates a nice glaze.

For a nice look, toasted sesame seeds can be lightly sprinkled on the chicken before serving

This method will work for other meats as well but the marinade and/or cooking time may vary with respect to meat type and piece size.

Note that meat may be left in the marinade and will keep for several days though the texture and flavor when cooked, will be different.

Cut chicken into pieces and place in a sauté pan. Add ½ to ¾ cup Takaya Teriyaki Sauce per pound and simmer covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. After 20-30 min. Remove cover and increase heat to high, stirring vigorously. Remove chicken from pan when desired reduction is achieved, usually 10-15 min..
